摘要: 在碱性条件下，以ＣｌＣＨ３ＣＯＯＨ为羧甲基化试剂，对瓜胶粉进行化学改性。反应受到温度、反应时间等的限制。本文介绍了用正交回归实验法对影响取代度的氢氧化钠、溶剂及ＣｌＣＨ２ＣＯＯＨ三者的用量及相互作用进行了研究。只有协调其关系，才能增大反应活性。Abstract: Under alkaline condition,guar gum powder is modified by C1CH2COOH used as carboxymethyl agent.This chemical reaction is limited by moisture and reaction time,etc..It accounts the research on amount and interreaction of sodium hydroxide,solvent and C1CH2CO
