用甲醇弛放气生产合成氨的优势分析

Superiority on the synthetic Ammonia Pro duction by the Vent Gas of Methanol

摘要: 以天然气为原料，通过蒸汽催化转化工艺单产甲醇，多数工厂均将副产弛放气用作造气炉燃料以节约天然气。本文在分析对比弛放气与天然气、焦炉气用作合成氨原料气后认为，以弛放气生产合成氨具有工艺简单、投资省、生产成本低等优点。在天然气较丰富地区，以天然气代替弛放气作甲醇装置造气炉燃料，将弛放气用作合成氨原料，可以达到醇氨联产所能达到的功能。

Abstract: In the production of methanol by the steam catalytic conversion process, in order to save natural gas, mest of factories take the vent gas of methanol which is a kind of by - product in the production of methanol to be used as the md of gas gas generator.
