干燥和焙烧条件对VPO催化剂的影响

摘要: 采用BET、XRD、TEM等测试手段,考察了三种没方法对改变焙烧温度或干燥条件下制备的VPO催化剂的比表面积、晶相结构和粒子大小的影响。研究发现同种制备方法,焙烧或干燥条件不同,对VPO催化剂物性有一定的影响。水相法制备时,焙烧温度升高,样品的比表面积减小,结晶度增加,粒子颗粒变大。有机相法制备时,焙烧温度对样品的比表面积影响不大,但超临界条件下干燥,可使催化剂比表面积增大。Abstract: VPO catalysts are prepared by three methods.BET,XRD and TEM techniques are used to investigate the effects of drying and calcination on the physical-properties of VPO catalysts. The results indicate the relations between the temperature of calcination and
