干燥和焙烧条件对VPO催化剂的影响

The Effects of Drying and Calcination on The Physical-Properties of VPO Catalysts.

摘要: 采用ＢＥＴ、ＸＲＤ、ＴＥＭ等测试手段，考察了三种没方法对改变焙烧温度或干燥条件下制备的ＶＰＯ催化剂的比表面积、晶相结构和粒子大小的影响。研究发现同种制备方法，焙烧或干燥条件不同，对ＶＰＯ催化剂物性有一定的影响。水相法制备时，焙烧温度升高，样品的比表面积减小，结晶度增加，粒子颗粒变大。有机相法制备时，焙烧温度对样品的比表面积影响不大，但超临界条件下干燥，可使催化剂比表面积增大。
