气田注水防垢剂的研究

Research of Scale Inhibitors for Injection Water in Gas Field.

  • 摘要: 针对某气田注水采气过程中,震旦系和二迭系两种地层水单轮、混输产生CaCO3、MgCO3、BaCO3垢,特别是混输中产生BaSO4垢的现状,模拟地层水,对9种油田常用防垢剂和2种知制防垢剂进行了评价。从中筛选出对两种地层水单输和混输均有较好效果的3种防垢剂WS-213A、HEDP和ATMP;再用正交试验法对3种防垢 垢试验条件进行优化,得出同时满足两种地层水单输和混输防垢的较优实验条件。即防垢剂选用
