以酸酐为扩链剂进行的聚醚改性研究

Study on Modification of Polyethers by Chain Extending with Anhydrides

摘要: 本文主要以顺丁烯二酸酐和丁二酸酐作扩链剂对DA系列聚醚进行改性并用渤海原油对其产物进行破乳评价，从而得出破乳效果与扩链剂，反应时间的关系。研究表明，未扩链改性的聚醚对渤海原油几乎没有作用，DA系列聚醚改性后对渤海原油的破乳效果明显增强，但聚醚和扩链剂不同，其改性产物的破乳效果不同，以顺丁烯二酸酐作扩链剂改性的产物，其破乳效果随反应时间增加而呈先增加后下降的趋势；以丁二酸酐作扩链剂时，DA05和DA10的扩链产物随扩链时间的增加而增加，但DA15的改性产物随反应的增加而而先增加后下降。
