低浓度HPAM/A1Cit体系的评价及其成胶性能影响因素研究

THE STUDY AND THE EVALUATION ON LOW CONCENTRATION HPAM/AICiT AQUEOUS COL LOID DISPERSION GELS

  • 摘要: 分别用粘度法和微孔滤膜法研究了部分水解聚丙烯酰胺/柠檬酸铝交联体系(CDG)的形成,并用微孔滤膜法研究了多元醇类物质、酚类物质、油田用缓蚀阻垢剂及油田回注水对CDG交联体系的影响。 结果 表明,粘度法不能用于评价低浓度的CDG体系交联情况,但可用微孔滤膜法评价;多元醇对CDG体系基本无影响;微量的酚类物质会严重影响交联聚合物的形成;舍磷酸基团的缓蚀阻垢剂对CDG的影响很大;改变交联比,可以用油田回注水配制CIDG体系,最佳交联比为10:l。
