加氢催化剂流失原因分析及整改措施

CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF THE LOSS OF THE HYDROGENATION CATALYST AND COUNTERMEASURES

摘要: 根据实际操作经验、整理历史数据并进行工艺过程分析，查找出加氢催化剂流失的原因，是因为加氢沉降槽界面不易控制，造成催化剂浆液流失，由于未及时补充，浆液密度下降，导致界面升高，从而加大了催化剂的流失。通过采取一定的整改措施，使装置运行正常，各项指标达到设计值。

Abstract: Based on the actual operation experiences, history data and craft process analysis, the keys of ruthenium catalyst loss in the application were found out and the countermeasure were proposed to resolve them.
