聚丙烯酰胺改性絮凝剂的制备及其应用研究

摘要: 以聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)为原料 ,制备了阳离子化聚丙烯酰胺 (CPAM)、阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PHP)和两性离子聚丙烯酰胺 (APAM)。以膨润土悬浊液为处理对象 ,研究了各种PAM改性絮凝剂的性能。实验表明 ,单独使用PAM及其改性絮凝剂 ,各种絮凝剂的最佳用量有较大差别 ,其处理效果是 :CPAM >APAM >PHP >PAM。以钻井废水为处理对象 ,选用FeCl3为无机混凝剂 ,研究了各种产品与无机混凝剂复配使用时的性能 ,结果表明 ,其效果是 :PHP >APAM >CPAM >PAM。Abstract: Using polyacrylamid (PAM) as the feed stock, a series of flocculation accelerator including cationized PAM, anionic PAM(PHP)and amphoteric PAM(APAM)have been prepared.
