Corrosion Problem of Lubricating Oil Hydrogenation Plant and Its Solution

摘要: 润滑油加氢装置由于原料性质的变化，不仅设备腐蚀问题严重导致非计划停工时间增加，而且影响到产品质量。简要阐述了润滑油加氢装置的腐蚀机理，并针对腐蚀问题，采取在塔顶挥发线、回流罐等易腐蚀部位增注缓蚀剂，完善化学防腐设施，优化脱H2S汽提塔工艺条件，提高H2S脱除率等措施。经过生产验证，效果比较明显，达到了缓解装置腐蚀的目的。
