降酚菌株DP4降解苯酚的性能及降解动力学研究

摘要: 研究了一株对苯酚具有较高降解能力的微生物菌株DP4降解苯酚的性能及其降解动力学规律。 结果 表明:该降酚菌株以苯酚为唯一碳源生长,500mg/l的含酚模拟废水中苯酚降解率在36h内达到100%;而对于1000mg/l的含酚模拟废水,苯酚降解率在48h达到97%。菌株DP4降解苯酚的反应过程符合Monod一级不可逆动力学模型。Abstract: In this work, one strain of phenol-degrading bacteria was isolated from the polluted sludge.
