Ru/C助剂在苯甲酸加氢过程中的特殊作用

The Special Effects of Ru/C Promoter in Hydrogenation of Benzoic Acid (BA)

摘要: 为减少苯甲酸（BA）加氢过程中副产物CO对Pd／C催化剂的污染，提高主催化剂的加氢活性，延长催化剂寿命，在实验室进行了加助剂试验。试验结果表明，Ru／C助剂的活性组分可使CO和H2反应，生成甲烷等烃类，消除系统的CO。加入Ru／C助剂后循环Pd／C催化剂活性明显提高，使用寿命延长。加氢活性提高的程度与Ru／C助剂加入量为正相关。在生产装置进行了加助剂工业试验，取得较好的效果。
