浅析重庆天然气净化总厂胺液净化装置

摘要: 重庆天然气净化总厂目前脱硫装置脱硫系统溶液质量较差,影响到装置的正常生产运行,通过分析脱硫溶液的成分,找到了引起脱硫溶液降解变质的因素是热稳态盐、氨基酸和悬浮物等杂质的长期累积造成的。为了解决目前脱硫溶液存在的问题,保证装置的正常平稳运行,对目前脱出胺液中热稳定性盐及其杂质的工艺技术进行分析,提出了采用MPR公司的可车载也可在线使用的胺净化装置的办法。
