摘要: 分别详细系统地介绍了色谱、质谱及色谱／质谱法的原理和特点，综述了这几种方法在重油成分表征方面的应用。Abstract: Mechanism and characteristic of chromatography, mass spectrometry and chromatography-mass spectrometry were introduced systematically in this paper. Application of these methods in characterization of heavy oil was summarized.
