气分换热器结焦原因分析

Analysis on the Cause of Coking in the Heat Exchanger of A Gas Fractionator

摘要: 根据生产装置所采用化工原材料和流程，并结合气分换热器结焦物组分分析，认为气分车间换热器结焦的原因为重催液化气中携带脱硫剂N-甲基二乙醇胺焦化产物类物质，在装置运转过程中降解、聚合形成的结焦物造成的。在实验室合成了与气分车间基本一致的结焦物，更进一步证实了上述结论，并据此提出了抑制结焦的解决办法。
