涠洲终端天然气处理装置改造工艺计算研究

摘要: 中国海洋石油涠洲终端处理厂天然气处理装置采用膨胀机外加丙烷辅助制冷工艺，装置投产一段时间后发现原料气中重烃含量较多，液化石油气跑损严重。本文对造成液化石油气跑损的主要原因进行了分析，通过计算研究提出了适用的工艺改造方案，可以有效地改善装置运行状况，提高液化石油气回收率，增加液化石油气产量，从而增加经济效益。
