亚铁离子及甲酸催化过氧化氢氧化柴油深度脱硫研究

摘要: 将噻吩和二苯并噻吩溶解于正辛烷配制成模型油,在Fe^2+和甲酸的催化作用下,用过氧化氢氧化脱硫。研究了Fe^2+的催化氧化性能及反应条件对其催化性能的影响。实验结果表明:30%H2O2-HCOOH-Fe^2+产生的过氧甲酸和羟基自由基能迅速将模型有机硫化合物氧化,氧化脱硫率可达到96%以上,Fe^2+和甲酸的催化氧化性能明显优于单纯使用甲酸。甲酸浓度、Fe^2+/H2O2摩尔比、过氧化氢加量及反应温度对氧化脱硫率均有影响。30%H2O2-HCOOH-Fe^2+体系氧化FCC柴油,然后经过萃取能达到深度脱硫,柴油硫含量从0.7268%(ω)降至0.0114%(ω),脱硫率达到98.43%,油回收率为85.53%。Abstract: Thiophene and dibenzothiophene were selected as model compounds dissolved in n-octane subjected to oxidative desulfurization with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by Fe 2+ and formic acid.
