川西北气矿平落坝气田泡沫排水采气工艺技术研究及应用

The Research and Application of Foam-dewatering Technology in Pingluoba Gas Reservoir of Northwest of Sichuan Gas Field

摘要: 随着川西北气矿平落坝气田的开采,地层能量降低,产水气井增多并且生产带液困难,需要采取泡沫排水采气措施,以维持气井正常生产。针对该气田地层水含有易成垢Ba2＋的特点,开展了配伍的起泡剂及现场应用工艺的研究,确定了适合该气田水质及井温条件的CT5-7D起泡剂,并在平19井和平落10井进行了现场应用试验,使两井产水量增加,套油压差降低,取得了很好的增产稳产效果,同时形成的适合平落坝气田泡沫排水采气的配套工艺技术,可在该气田其它产水气井中推广使用。
