Abstract: The natural gas purification device in Yinjin Branch Plant has been running for nearly 30 years.Part of the equipment and piping subjected to severe corrosion. which cause the device to unstable operation.Compared with the original design,great changes have taken place in the quality of raw gas.and current operating conditions deviate from the initial design value,these caused running difficulties of device and operation.high costs and high consumption of energy.In order to adapt to the changing conditions, to solve the problems existing in the device,and to guarantee the stable and safe gas supply,an adaptability technical reform was fulfilled during 2007 and 2008.
