硫磺回收冷床吸附与超级克劳斯工艺运行的比较

Comparison of Cold Bed Adsorption and SuperClaus Process of Sulfur Recovery Technology

摘要: 随着天然气净化工业的发展,越来越多的硫磺回收工艺引入国内进行消化和吸收。重庆天然气净化总厂2002年和2005年引进了超级克劳斯硫磺回收技术,大竹分厂和引进分厂2008年引进了冷床吸附法(CBA)硫磺回收技术,本文通过对两种硫磺回收工艺操作的比较,分析了操作中的优点和缺点。

Abstract: Chongqing Natural Gas Purification Plant General introduced two sets of SuperClaus units in 2002 and 2005.respectively.Dazhu branch plant and Yinjin branch plant introduced two sets of cold bed adsorption(CBA) units in 2008.Herein we compared of the difference of cold bed adsorption and SuperClaus process of sulfur recovery technology, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two processes.
