Discussion on Corrosion Behavior of Steam and Condensate System

摘要: 蒸汽系统是天然气净化厂公用工程的重要组成部分,蒸汽系统的水质对生产设备的影响很大,水质不好会导致设备、管线、阀门发生腐蚀,轻则管线减薄,设备受损,重则管线穿孔,设备报废。本文根据目前长寿分厂蒸汽系统现状,分析了蒸汽系统的腐蚀原因,细述各种腐蚀的危害,并针对各种腐蚀提出了解决措施。

Abstract: The current corrosion situation in the steam and condensate system was introduced in our factory. The corrosion behavior and the principle in the steam and condensate system were analyzed.A variety of corrosion damage was cited,and the protection measures were proposed to solve the corrosion damage.
