Abstract: During the natural gas purification plant overhauls,there are many dangerous operation,such as fire, electricity,ground—breaking,working in limited space, hoisting,working at heights and so on.In order to solve these problems,safety and protection management work for unit overhaul should be done well.Many experiences are summarized from some aspects in this paper,including careful, strict and implemental work,ensure the completion of units overhaul smoothly,production should be resumed in time,and provide references for the safety and environmental protection during the overhauling of the natural gas purification unit.
