Abstract: This paper discussed the former management model of spare parts in Yinjin branch in Chongqing natural gas purification plant general,the weaknesses existing in the previous spare parts management are pointed out. Preliminary exploration to ensure normal production needs and feasibility and rationality of reducing parts stock,the purpose is help for spare parts management and material planning work.It will play a certain role in pressure relief funds,reducing the produced emergency material,lowering stock and guaranteeing the equipment normal operation.
