Abstract: Based on present situation of inspection and maintenance in Block A of the Turkmenistan Amudarya project,in accordance with basic vocational training,system guarantee and operation permission,HSE management experience of inspection and maintenance in block A are summarized,some disadvantages of the repair work are analyzed and several practical and feasible measures are put forward to improve the efficiency.This paper is aimed to offer more valuable inspection and maintenance experience for oversea HSE management,so as to ensure safe production.
