含聚污水中的聚合物性质研究

摘要:
聚驱采出液处理后的污水中含有一定浓度的聚合物,含聚污水难处理是现场面临的问题,污水代替清水配聚能很好解决这一问题。含聚污水配聚对聚合物黏度有一定影响,聚合物通过对注聚采出液污水中保留聚合物水解度、相对分子质量、水中形态、污水黏度等的测定,以及对污水水质分析,查找影响聚合物黏度的因素。分析了含聚污水中聚合物水解度增高、相对分子质量减小的因素。相比较于清水,污水中Na+、Mg2+、Ca2+的含量较高,以细菌的含量超标最为显著,这些应是污水配聚黏度损失的主要原因。

Abstract:
A certain concentration of polymer is contained in the treated sewage of polymer flooding produced liquid.The treatment of polymer-containing sewage is a problem in field.Preparing the polymer solution using sewage instead of fresh water can solve this problem very well.By this way,it has a certain effect to polymer viscosity.Can the polymer solution be affected by the polymer retained in the waste water? The factors affecting polymer viscosity were found out through the determination of hydrolysis degree,relative molecular mass,form in water,sewage viscosity of polymer flooding produced liquid and the analysis of sewage water quality.Meanwhile,factor analysis of hydrolysis degree increasing and relative molecular mass decreasing of polymer was carried out.Comparing with fresh water,Mg2 +,Na+,Ca2 + content is higher in the waste water,and it is the most significant for bacterial content to exceed standard,which should be the main reason for the loss of polymer viscosity.
