元坝地区高产气井在生产过程中经常出现油管堵塞,有的井甚至需要频繁解堵,不仅增加作业成本,而且严重影响气井安全生产,因此正确分析堵塞物成分,找准气井堵塞原因,成为元坝地区井筒解堵的关键。本文通过Stereo Discovery V2.0体视显微镜分析、扫描电镜分析(SEM)、X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、红外光谱分析(IR)、热重分析(TGA)等一系列室内测试实验,对堵塞物形貌、成分及含量进行分析。结果表明:堵塞物颗粒直径主要分布在120~220um;堵塞物中有机组分质量百分含量约为53.64%,主要为酰胺类缓蚀剂、沥青质类重烃组分和磺化类水基钻井液添加剂;无机组分质量百分含量约为46.36%,主要为FeS2和BaSO<sub>4</sub>,其相对质量百分含量分别为86.53%和13.47%。在详细分析X1井堵塞物组分基础上,采用连续油管冲洗+无机酸+有机解堵剂的方式成功解除井筒堵塞。研究结论为元坝地区采取针对性解堵措施提供了理论依据,同时也为我国油气开采作业中如何有效解除井筒堵塞提供研究思路。 |

Cause analysis of wellbore plugging in X1 well of the Yuanba area |

The high production gas wells in Yuanba area often have oil pipelines blocked in the production process, and some wells even require frequent plugging removal, which not only increases the operating cost, but also seriously affects the safe production of gas wells. Therefore, the correct analysis of the composition of plugging materials and the identification of gas well plugging causes has become a key link for block removal in wells of the Yuanba area. In this paper, Stereo Discovery V2.0 stereomicroscope analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and a series of indoor test experiments, on the clogging morphology, composition and content were analyzed. The results showed that the diameter of the plugged particles was mainly distributed in the range of <sub><sup> </sup></sub>120~220um, and the organic component content of the plug was about 53.64%. It was mainly amide corrosion inhibitor, asphaltene heavy hydrocarbon component and sulfonated water-based drilling fluid additives; the mass percentage of inorganic components is about 46.36%, mainly FeS<sub>2</sub> and BaSO<sub>4</sub>, and their relative mass percentages are 86.53% and 13.47%, respectively. On the basis of detailed analysis of the blockage components in Well X1, the blockage of the wellbore was successfully relieved by the method of coiled tubing flushing + inorganic acid + organic blockage remover. The research conclusions provide a theoretical basis for targeted plugging removal measures in Yuanba area, and also provide research ideas for how to effectively eliminate plugging in oil and gas exploration operations in China. |
