火烧山油田含油污泥调剖工艺技术研究与应用

摘要:
火烧山油田目前累计的含油污泥量为2.6×104 m3,处理方式为积累到一定量后,统一拉运到环保单位,采用热处理+萃取工艺进行净化,容易造成二次污染,且运行成本很高。为了解决上述问题,开展了含油污泥冻胶调剖试验。通过研究稠化剂、交联剂A、交联剂B、油泥含量等不同含量组分的影响,确定了配方体系为:0.3%(w)聚丙酰胺+0.03%(w)交联剂A+0.10%(w)交联剂B+20%(w)污泥。对含油污泥的粒径及耐温性、封堵性、选择性进行的室内评价表明:含油污泥组分的粒径分布较宽(61~830 μm);温度升至90 ℃时,冻胶黏度仍保持在20 000 mPa·s以上;单管岩心封堵率均达到了85%以上;双管岩心的渗透率依次减小(均小于1 μm2),说明油泥配方体系对火烧山油田具有良好的适配性。将含油污泥冻胶与常规凝胶颗粒配合使用,采用多级段塞注入的工艺技术,优化出了适应火烧山油田的含油污泥调剖技术。该技术在火烧山油田共实施13井次,累计处理含油污泥25 543 m3,节约污泥处理费用741.3万元,井组累计增油共1 988 t,降水615 t,合计产生经济效益506.9万元。实现了低成本处理含油污泥的目的,解决了含油污泥造成的环境污染问题。 

Research and application of oily sludge profile control technology in Huoshaoshan oilfield

Abstract:
At present, the accumulative oily sludge content of Huoshaoshan oilfield is 26 000 cubic meters. In the past, the oily sludge was treated as follow:when it was accumulated to a certain amount, it was transported to environmental protection units uniformly, purificated by heat treatment + extraction process. This was easy to cause secondary pollution and high operating cost. In order to solve the problems, a profile control test of oil sludge gel was carried out. The influences of different concentrations of thickening agent, crosslinking agent A, crosslinking agent B and sludge content were studied, the formulation system was determined as follow:0.3 wt% polyacrylamide +0.03 wt% crosslinking agent A+0.1 wt% crosslinking agent B+20 wt% sludge. The particle size, temperature resistance, plugging and selectivity of oily sludge were evaluated in the laboratory. The results showed that the particle size distribution of oily sludge was relatively wide, ranging from 61-830 μm; the adhesive viscosity could keep above 20 000 mPa·s when the temperature rised to 90 ℃; the plugging rate of single pipe core was more than 85%; the permeability of dual core decreased successively (all <1 μm2), indicating that the sludge formulation system had a good adaptability in Huoshaoshan oilfield. The oily sludge gel and conventional gel particles were used together, and the technology of multistage slug injection was applied, then optimized the profile control technology for oily sludge in Huoshaoshan oilfield . The technology has been implemented 13 wells in Huoshaoshan oilfield, accumulated treatment of oily sludge was 25 543 m3,7.413 million yuan of sludge treatment cost was saved, 1 988 tons of additional oil and 615 tons of reductive water were accumulated, and the total increased benefit was 5.069 million yuan. The purpose of low cost treatment of oily sludge was realized, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by oily sludge was solved.
