万州分厂商品天然气总硫达标技术研究

摘要:
针对中国石油西南油气田公司高含硫气田开发过程中的有机硫特别是高浓度羰基硫脱除问题,以天然气净化总厂万州分厂为例,分析了目前原料气和净化气组成现状、设计与实际运行情况,指出羰基硫脱除是万州分厂产品天然气总硫达标的关键技术难题,解决方法为:①利用高效脱硫溶剂,但会损失产品气量,影响下游硫磺回收装置燃烧炉稳定运行;②利用组合醇胺脱硫+羰基硫水解组合工艺,可在满足总硫含量达标的前提下提高天然气商品率,同时降低对下游装置的影响。利用VMG 9.5软件对万州分厂产品气中总硫含量达标升级改造羰基硫水解单元进行模拟计算,结果表明,总硫质量浓度小于10 mg/m3,满足GB 17820-2018《天然气》和GB/T 37124-2018《进入天然气长输管道的气体质量要求》中总硫含量的要求。在万州分厂湿净化气组成及90~150 ℃、2 000~6 000 h-1的条件下,中国石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院开发的配套羰基硫水解催化剂CT6-16对羰基硫水解率大于99%。 

Research on the technology of total sulfur content up to the standard of commercial natural gas in Wanzhou Natural Gas Purification Plant

Abstract:
In view of the problem of organic sulfur removal, especially high concentration carbonyl sulfur removal in the development of high sulfur gas field of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company, taking Wanzhou Branch of Natural Gas Purification Plant General as an example, the composition, design and actual operation of feed gas and purified gas were analyzed. It was pointed out that the removal of carbonyl sulfur was the key technical problem to meet the total sulfur standard of natural gas produced by Wanzhou Branch. The solutions are as follows:(1) Using high-efficiency desulfurizing solvent, but the disadvantage is that the product gas will be lost and the stable operation of the combustion furnace in the downstream sulfur recovery unit will be affected; (2) Using the combined process of methanol amine desulfurization and carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis, which can meet the standard of total sulfur content, improve the commodity rate of natural gas, and reduce the impact on downstream unit.VMG 9.5 software was used to simulate the upgrading and transformation of carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis unit of product gas in Wanzhou Branch. The results showed that the total sulfur mass concentration was less than 10 mg/m3, meeting the total sulfur content requirements in GB 17820-2018 Natural Gas and GB/T 37124-2018 Gas Quality Requirements for Entering Natural Gas Long Distance Pipeline. Under the condition of wet purified gas composition in Wanzhou Branch and 90-150 ℃ and 2 000-6 000 h-1, the carbonyl sulfur hydrolysis rate of CT6-16, which was developed by Research Institute of Natural Gas Technology, PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company, is more than 99%.
