天然气处理厂精馏塔堵塞成因及防治对策研究

目的 经调研发现继2017年榆林某天然气处理厂精馏塔堵塞问题解决后,2019年又出现堵塞现象,导致甲醇产品回收效果差,设备频繁停运检修,影响水处理效率。由于2017年与2019年该厂来水水质变化较大,推测精馏塔堵塞原因发生改变,故进行此项研究。方法 在精馏塔内选取不同高度的试验点进行腐蚀监测,并结合室内含醇污水水质和堵塞物分析及X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能量色散谱(EDS)等手段,对比分析该厂精馏塔堵塞原因。结果 较2017年,2019年含醇污水矿化度显著升高,成垢阳离子和氯离子含量也大幅提升,结垢预测结果更易产生CaCO3垢。精馏塔堵塞原因主要为结垢堵塞,且点蚀现象较严重。2017年和2019年堵塞物主要成分分别为Fe2O3、CaCO3、Ca Mg(CO3) 2和Fe3O4、CaCO3。结论 2019年精馏塔堵塞主要是高温下CaCO3结垢和Fe3O4堵塞塔板导致。通过提高含醇污水pH值和优化药剂种类及加量来解决精馏塔堵塞问题,现场运行效果良好。

Study on the causes of the blockage and countermeasures of distillation column in natural gas processing facility

Abstract:
Objective After the investigation, it was found that after the blocking problem of the distillation column of the natural gas processing facility in Yulin was solved in 2017, the blocking phenomenon appeared again in 2019, leading to poor recovery effect of methanol products, frequent outage of equipment and maintenance, affecting the water treatment efficiency. Since the water quality of incoming water from the plant changed greatly in 2017 and 2019, it was speculated that the reasons for the blockage of the distillation column had changed, so this study was conducted. Methods The corrosion monitoring was carried out at different height test points in the distillation column, and the reasons for the blockage of the distillation column were compared and analyzed by laboratory analysis of water quality of the alcohol-containing sewage and blockage as well as the means of X-ray diffraction (XRD),?Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), et al. Results Compared with 2017, the salinity of alcohol-containing sewage in 2019 is significantly increased, and the content of scaling cations and chloride ion is also significantly increased, and the result of scale prediction is more likely to produce CaCO3 scale. The main reason for the blockage of distillation column is scaling blockage, and the pitting corrosion phenomenon is serious. The scale and corrosion products of 2017 and 2019 are Fe2O3, CaCO3, Ca Mg(CO3) 2 and Fe3O4, CaCO3, respectively. Conclusion In 2019, the blockage of the distillation column is mainly caused by CaCO3 scaling at high temperature and the tray blocked by Fe3O4. By improving the pH value of raw water and optimizing the type and amount of medicament to solve the corrosion problem of methanol recovery tower, and the field operation is good .
