分子筛脱水装置再生气空冷器故障分析及工艺优化

摘要:
再生气空冷器是分子筛脱水法再生气系统中的一台关键设备,用于冷却高温富再生气,但在现场运行中常因设备振动过大、材料腐蚀、结构形式不合理或制造缺陷等原因,造成空冷器频繁泄漏,对装置连续平稳运行造成重大影响。本文通过分析再生气工艺流程,提出了优化方案,并复核了新工艺流程中设备、管线、阀门等承受高温富再生气的可行性。采用优化后的新工艺流程可实现装置不停产检修,对于提高装置连续平稳运行和完成冬季保供任务具有重要意义。

Abstract:
Air cooler for regeneration gas is a key equipment to cool the high temperature rich regeneration gas of molecular sieve dehydration regeneration gas system. However, the air cooler leaks frequently due to the great vibration, material corrosion, unreasonable structure design and manufacturing defect on-site operation, which causes major impact for the continuous and stable operation of molecular sieve dehydration device. The optimization scheme has been proposed through analyzing the technological process for regeneration gas in this paper. Besides, the possibility of the equipment, pipelines and valves can sustain high temperature rich regeneration gas in new technological process has been reviewed. The optimized new technological process can realize maintenance of the equipment dispense with suspending production. It has great significance for improving the continuous and stable operation of the device and completing the task of guaranteeing supply in winter.
