AGA8-92DC方程是国家标准GB/T 17742.2和美国燃气协会AGA8号报告采用的压缩因子计算方法,GERG-2008 方程是国际标准 ISO 20765-2 推荐的天然气压缩因子计算方法,PR、SRK、CPA和BWRS状态方程是国内外众多学者进行研究的计算方法。目前应用较多的计算压缩因子的方法多是针对常规天然气的 ,故利用这些方法来计算高含硫天然气的压缩因子会产生较大误差。为此,在收集大量实验数据的基础上,通过python3.6编写了GERG-2008状态方程的软件模块,与已有的PR、SRK、CPA、BWRS、AGA8-92DC 等方程进行对比分析,评估了不同方程对不同组成高含硫天然气的压缩因子的计算准确性。研究结果表明 :(1)对于低压高含硫天然气,CPA、BWRS、GERG-2008、AGA8-92DC状态方程准确度相当,其平均偏差都位于0.7%左右;(2)低压特高含硫天然气,CPA、BWRS、GERG-2008、AGA8-92DC状态方程准确度相当;(3)对于中压高含硫天然气、中压特高含硫天然气,可以使用CPA和GERG-2008方程,其平均绝对偏差仅为0.7%左右;
(4)对于高压高含硫天然气,GERG-2008方程具有明显的优势,其平均绝对偏差为0.49%;(5)基于331组高含硫天然气压缩因子实验数据的计算结果,对于H2S含量为4.7%-22.6%的含硫天然气,GERG-2008方程精度最高,偏差范围为0.31%-1.14%,平均偏差为0.67%,相比于AGA8-92DC提升了14.9%;(6)对于研究的几种压缩因子计算方法,准确度排序依次为:GERG-2008、AGA8-92DC、CPA、BWRS、SRK、PR。 |

The AGA8-92DC equation is the compression factor calculation method adopted by the national standard GB/T 17742.2 and the American Gas Association AGA8 report. The GERG-2008 equation is the natural gas compression factor calculation method recommended by the international standard ISO 20765-2. PR, SRK, CPA and BWRS equation of state are the computational methods studied by many scholars at home and abroad. At present, most of the compression factor calculation methods are for conventional natural gas, so using these methods to calculate the compression factor of high sulfur gas will produce large errors. Therefore, on the basis of collecting a large number of experimental data, the software module of GERG-2008 equation of state was compiled by Python3.6, and compared with the existing equations of PR, SRK, CPA, BWRS, AGA8-92DC, and evaluated the accuracy of calculation of compression factors of different compositions of high sulfur gas by different equations. The results show that :(1) the accuracy of CPA, BWRS, gerg-2008 and aga8-92dc state equations are similar for low pressure and high sulfur gas, and the average deviation is about 0.7%. (2) The accuracy of the equation of state of CPA, BWRS, GERG-2008 and AGA8-92DC is similar for low-pressure gas with extremely high sulfur content; (3) CPA and GERG-2008 equations can be used for medium pressure high sulfur gas and medium pressure extremely high sulfur gas, and the average absolute deviation is only about 0.7%;(4) For high pressure and high sulfur gas, the GERG-2008 equation has obvious advantages, and its average absolute deviation is 0.49%; (5) Based on the experimental data of compression factor of 331 groups of high sulfur gas, for the sulfur gas with H2S content of 4.7%-22.6%, the accuracy of GERG-2008 equation is the highest, with the deviation range of 0.31%-1.14% and the average deviation of 0.67%, which is 14.9% higher than agA8-92DC. (6) For several compression factor calculation methods, the accuracy order is GERG-2008, AGA8-92DC, CPA, BWRS, SRK, PR. |
