载金属硫化物天然气失效脱汞剂中可能含有不同的汞形态,不同汞形态热释汞起始温度、峰值温度和结束温度各不相同。为了做好失效脱汞剂卸载、运输、保存和处置工作,有必要搞清失效脱汞剂中汞的形态和热释汞特征,为此开展了汞化合物参考物质、单质汞和失效脱汞剂在空气气氛下的程序升温热释汞实验研究。研究表明不同汞化合物的热释峰是可以分开,黑色硫化汞、红色硫化汞、氧化汞和硫酸汞热释汞峰值温度分别在290℃、390℃、505℃和620℃左右,单质汞热释汞峰值与热释温度呈指数关系。失效脱汞剂中汞的形态为黑色的硫化汞,单质汞、红色硫化汞、氧化汞和硫酸汞未见显示。失效脱汞剂热释汞起始温度在160℃左右,失效脱汞剂在常温下卸载和运输过程是不会发生分解的,但要避免接触160℃以上的高温热源。黑色硫化汞和失效脱汞剂热释汞结束温度均在600℃左右,辰砂汞矿冶炼温度一般在700~850℃之间,辰砂汞矿冶炼温度同样适用于失效脱汞剂除汞。 |

Different mercury forms may be contained in the used metal sulfide mercury adsorbent for natural gas, and the starting temperature, peak temperature and end temperature of different mercury forms are not the same. In order to do a perfect work in the unloading, transportation, storage and disposal of used mercury adsorbent, it is necessary to understand the forms and characteristics of mercury in used mercury adsorbent.
Therefore, temperature programmed thermal released mercury experimental studies on mercury compound reference materials, elemental mercury and used mercury adsorbent were carried out under the circumstance of air. The study shows that the thermal release peaks of different mercury compounds can be separated. The peak temperatures of black mercury sulfide, red mercury sulfide, mercury oxide and mercury sulfate thermal release mercury are about 290 ℃, 390 ℃, 505 ℃ and 620 ℃ respectively. The thermal release mercury peak of elemental mercury is exponential with the thermal release temperature. The form of mercury in the used mercury adsorbent should be black mercury sulfide, and there is no obvious show of elemental mercury, red mercury sulfide, mercury oxide and mercury sulfate. The starting temperature of thermal release mercury from the used mercury adsorbent is about 160 ℃, and the used mercury adsorbent will not decompose during unloading and transportation at room temperature, but it should avoid contact with high temperature heat sources above 160 ℃. The ending temperature of thermal release mercury of black mercury sulfide and used mercury adsorbent is about 600 ℃, and the smelting temperature of cinnabar ore is generally between 700~850 ℃. The smelting temperature of cinnabar ore is also applicable to mercury removal for used mercury adsorbent. |
