| 目的 车用压缩天然气（CNG）作为经济环保燃料，对国家加快加大环保清洁能源利用，进行能源结构调整发挥重要作用，如何构建科学合理、安全环保的CNG质量指标，促进CNG产业高质量发展，是目前一个亟需解决的问题。方法 为此，综合我国CNG气质现状、国内外CNG标准，以及CNG质量指标，分析总结了我国CNG强制性国家标准GB 18047《车用压缩天然气》质量指标确定及在各个阶段优化修订情况，并与国际上CNG质量指标进行对标分析。结果 结果表明：我国CNG质量指标不断得到优化，随着国家天然气工业高速发展需要和环保要求提升，当前CNG质量指标不能体现天然气清洁属性，作为商品的CNG质量水平为进行划分，不利于公平公正市场贸易发展。结论 进而从使用安全、环保、经济适应性和促进产业发展的视角提出了CNG质量指标：①对CNG按照高位发热量、总硫、硫化氢和氧气含量分为一类和二类；②增加一类气指标：高位发热量为34.0 MJ/m3，总硫和硫化氢分别为20 mg/m3和6 mg/m3，氧气为0.1%；③保留GB 18047-2017指标作为二类气指标，保障特殊气源作为CNG利用；④水露点指标修改为：“在汽车驾驶在环境温度低于-13℃条件下的特定地理区域内，在操作压力和温度下，车用压缩天然气中不应有液态水析出”。 |

| Objective compressed natural gas (CNG) for vehicles is an economic and environmental protection fuel, it plays an important role to accelerating the utilization of environmentally friendly and clean energy, and adjusting the energy structure. Therefore, how to build a scientific, reasonable, safe and environmental protection CNG quality index and promote the high-quality development of CNG industry is an urgent problem to be solved. Methods Based on the current status of CNG temperament in China, the research on natural gas product standards closely related to the CNG industry chain, and the CNG quality indicators in various countries in the world, the determination of the quality indicators of China""s CNG mandatory national standard GB 18047 "Compressed natural gas for vehicles" and the optimization and revision of the situation in various stages are analyzed and summarized. And the current national industrial development status of the international CNG quality index bench-marking analysis. The results show that the CNG quality index has been continuously optimized. Results With the rapid development of the national natural gas industry and the improvement of environmental protection requirements, the current CNG quality index cannot reflect the clean attribute of natural gas. As a commodity, the CNG quality level is divided, which is not conducive to the development of fair and equitable market trade. Conclusion From the perspective of safety, environmental protection, economic adaptability and promoting industrial development, the quality indexes of CNG are put forward: (1) CNG is divided into one and two categories according to high calorific value, total sulfur, hydrogen sulfide and oxygen content; ② Add a class of gas indicators: high caloric value is 34.0 MJ/m3, total sulfur and hydrogen sulfide are 20 mg/m3 and 6 mg/m3, respectively, oxygen is 0.1%; (3) Retain GB 18047-2017 index as a second class gas index to ensure the use of special gas sources as CNG; The water dew point index is modified as follows: "In the specific geographical area where the ambient temperature of the vehicle is lower than -13 ℃, there should be no liquid water precipitation in the compressed natural gas for vehicles under the operating pressure and temperature." |
