天然气净化厂脱硫装置胺液系统中醇胺溶液的自身降解与外来污染问题不可避免,继而导致装置出现脱硫性能下降、腐蚀穿孔、发泡停产等一系列问题,已成为影响天然气净化厂脱硫装置正常生产运行的主要难题。中石油西南油气田分公司天然气研究院自主研发的胺液深度复活技术是目前国内外唯一能有效解决胺液发泡、脱硫性能下降难题的复活技术。因此中国石油工程建设有限公司西南分公司与中国石油西南油气田公司天然气研究院联合设计建设了“胺液在线深度复活装置”。本文对溶液中污染物及降解物来源和原有防治措施做了分析,并简述了“胺液在线深度复活装置”的工艺原理及工艺流程,介绍了“胺液在线深度复活装置”的工艺特点及在某天然气净化厂中实际应用效果,为解决同类生产装置的相关问题提供了经验参考。 |

The self-degradation and external pollution of the amine solution in the system of the desulfurization unit of the natural gas purification plant is inevitable, which leads to a series of problems such as reduced desulfurization performance, corrosion and perforation, foaming production and so on, which have become the main problems affecting the normal production and operation of the desulfurization unit of the natural gas purification plant. The deep resurrection technology of amine solution independently developed by the Natural Gas Research Institute PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company is the only resurrection technology at home and abroad that can effectively solve the problems of amine solution foaming and desulfurization performance decline. Therefore, China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation Southwest Company and the Natural Gas Research Institute PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gas Field Company jointly designed and built the " on-line deep reactivation device for amine solution". In this paper, the sources of pollutants and degradants in the solution and the original prevention and control measures are analyzed, and the process principle and process flow of "on-line deep reactivation device for amine solution" are briefly described, and the process characteristics and practical application results of "amine liquid online deep resurrection device" in a natural gas purification plant are introduced, which provides experience reference for solving the related problems of similar production devices. |
