目的 为满足渤海油田高含水井组对小尺寸、高性能调剖剂颗粒的需求,利用丙烯酰胺(AM)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为主剂、N, N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)和聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯(PEGDA)为交联剂,纳米SiO2为改性剂,过硫酸铵(APS)和NaHSO3为引发剂,通过自由基聚合法合成固核结构亚微米-微米级体膨颗粒调剖剂(PAS)。方法 采用“预粉碎-球磨粉碎”两步法工艺研磨,然后通过红外表征了其分子结构,并研究温度、矿化度对其性能影响。利用填砂管模型驱替实验研究了PAS的注入性能、深部封堵能力、耐冲刷性能和提高采收率效果。结果 PAS在水溶液中分布均匀,在粒径中值为17.30 μm、温度为120 ℃、质量浓度为200000 mg/L条件下老化90 天,凝胶强度依然较高。封堵与提高采收率实验结果表明,在渗透率为3000 × 10-3 μm2的条件下,封堵率达到98.0 %以上,对非均质岩心提高采收率幅度大于22.8 %。结论 针对现场高孔高渗油藏开展现场试验,平均日增油达28.31 m3,稳油控水效果显著。 |

Objective In response to the demand for small-sized and high-performance profile control agent particles for high water content well groups in Bohai Oilfield, solid core structure submicron-micron swellable particle profile control agent (PAS) was synthesized through free radical polymerization using acrylamide (AM) and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) as main agents, N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) and polyethylene glycol diacrylate (PEGDA) as crosslinking agents, and nano silica as the modifying agent. Methods The two-step process of pre-grinding-ball milling was used for grinding, and its molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of temperature and salinity on its properties were studied. The injection performance, deep sealing ability, erosion resistance, and enhanced oil recovery of PAS were studied using a sand-filled pipe model displacement experiment. Results PAS is evenly distributed in an aqueous solution, with a median particle size of 17.3 μm, and the strength of the gel was still high after 90 days of aging at 120 ℃ and 200 000 mg/L. The experiment on plugging and enhanced oil recovery showed that at a permeability of 3 000×10–3 μm2, the plugging rate reached over 98.0%, and the enhanced oil recovery of heterogeneous cores was increased by more than 22.8%. Conclusion Field tests with an average daily oil production of 28.31 m3 on high porosity and permeability oil reservoirs were carried out, which showed significant effects on oil production rate and water control. |
