基于贝叶斯非均匀分析的页岩气管道内腐蚀预测模型研究

摘要:
目的 针对页岩气集输管道内腐蚀,提出了一种考虑轴向空间变异性的腐蚀失效预测模型。方法 以四川某页岩气田的A#、B#集输管道为研究对象开展了室内试验,首先通过腐蚀形貌识别、室内腐蚀正交实验以及腐蚀速率的对比,系统研究了页岩气集输管道腐蚀的主要影响因素,随后根据实验结果建立考虑参数的轴向空间变异性的腐蚀失效概率模型,并采用所建模型对A#、B#管道进行预测并开挖验证。结果 结果表明:页岩气集输管道采出液的细菌主要以SRB为主,其腐蚀产物主要元素为C、O、Fe和少量S;影响腐蚀的主要因素为流速、持液率、SRB数量、管道倾斜度、缓蚀剂和各种阴阳离子;模型预测管道腐蚀集中在管道5~7点钟区域,主要发生在低洼处有水沉积的管段;工程实例表明模型对四川某页岩气田对A#、B#管道进行腐蚀形貌预测准确,A#管道11个管段中有7个管段主要腐蚀形态为点蚀,B#管道12个管段中有8个管段主要腐蚀形态为均匀腐蚀,与开挖结果一致。结论 研究结果可为页岩气管道内腐蚀行为预测提供理论依据及实际参考。

Research on Corrosion Prediction Model of Shale Gas Pipeline Based on Bayesian Non uniform Analysis

Abstract:
Objective A corrosion failure model considering axial spatial variability is proposed for the internal corrosion of shale gas gathering pipelines. Methods Indoor tests were carried out on A# and B# gathering pipelines in a shale gas field in Sichuan, and the main influencing factors of shale gas gathering pipeline corrosion were investigated through the identification of corrosion morphology, indoor corrosion orthogonal experiments, and the comparison of corrosion rates. According to the experimental results, a corrosion failure probability model considering the axial spatial variability of parameters is established, and the model is used to predict and excavate the A# and B# pipelines for verification. Results The results show that: the bacteria in the extracted liquid of shale gas gathering pipeline are mainly dominated by SRB, and the main elements of its corrosion products are C, O, Fe and a small amount of S; the main factors affecting the corrosion are the flow rate, the liquid holding rate, the number of SRB, the inclination of the pipeline, the corrosion inhibitor, and a variety of anions and cations; the model predicts that the corrosion of pipeline concentrates on the area of the pipeline at 5~7 o'clock and it mainly occurs in the pipeline sections with water deposition at the low-lying places. Engineering example showed that the model accurately predicted the corrosion morphology of A # and B # pipelines in a shale gas field in Sichuan. A# pipeline The main corrosion pattern of 7 out of 11 pipe sections is pitting corrosion, and the main corrosion pattern of 8 out of 12 pipe sections of B# pipeline is uniform corrosion, which is consistent with the excavation results. Conclusion The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical reference for predicting the corrosion behavior inside shale gas pipelines.
