含油污泥处理技术研究进展与展望

摘要:
含油污泥是油气钻井等过程中产生的复杂多相混合物,是典型危险废弃物,其有效治理关乎生态环境安全与资源循环利用。现有含油污泥处理技术主要包括焚烧、热解、水泥窑协同处理等,这些技术在实现含油污泥分离和资源回收等方面各有成效,但在处理效果、资源化利用、技术经济性等方面仍存在问题。在全球“碳中和”背景下,对含油污泥的高效低能耗处理、资源化利用、二次污染控制等需求日益增长,因此,迫切需要研究含油污泥的新型高效处理技术,实现含油污泥的无害化低能耗处理和油料资源高效回收。本文详细介绍了含油污泥的分类、危害和物化特性,阐述了含油污泥处理的现有主流技术,全面分析对比了各处理方法的利弊,并讨论了新兴低温旋流分离技术在含油污泥处理领域的应用,展望含油污泥处理技术未来发展趋势,旨在推动石油石化行业绿色可持续发展。

Abstract:
Oily sludge (OS) is a complex multi-phase mixture generated during oil and gas drilling processes, which belongs to hazardous waste that requires effective treatment to ensure ecological environment safety and enable resource recycling. Conventional treatment technologies, such as incineration, cement kiln collaborative treatment, and pyrolysis have been employed for achieving oily sludge separation and resource recovery, whereas these technologies usually suffer from drawbacks in terms of disposal efficiency, degree of resource utilization, and technical economics. With the global push for “carbon neutrality”, there is a growing demand for the effective and energy-efficient treatment, resource utilization, and secondary pollution control of oily sludge. Consequently, there is an urgent need for the development of novel highly efficient treatment technology for accomplishing the effective and low energy consumption remediation of OS and efficient recovery of the oil resources in OS. This review discusses the classification, hazards and physicochemical properties of OS, followed by the overview of current mainstream OS treatment technologies. A comprehensive comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment method is provided and the emerging low-temperature cyclone separation technology in OS separation is highlighted. Finally, the future development trends in OS treatment technology are further discussed, aiming at promoting the green and sustainable development of the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
