目的 研究钙基干法脱硫剂在烟气脱硫领域的应用,充分发挥钙基脱硫剂成本低、脱硫性能好及对环境友好的优势,以实现烟气中二氧化硫(SO2)的达标排放。方法 采用XRD、BET、FTIR、XPS技术对制备的钙基脱硫剂的理化性质进行表征分析。模拟含硫废气,借助固定床反应器考查SO2含量、反应温度、O2含量、体积空速对钙基干法脱硫剂脱硫性能的影响。结果 制备的钙基脱硫剂脱硫效果较好,其最佳操作温度范围为220~300 ℃,适用于烟气中SO2体积分数不超过0.4%的情况。O2含量的增加产生了新的用于吸附的活性位点,对脱硫过程起到促进作用。当体积空速在 500~2 000 h–1范围内时,硫容变化不大。结论 钙基干法脱硫剂应用于烟气脱硫领域具有高效性和稳定性,可为其在工业领域的广泛应用提供参考。 |

Objective The aim is to study the application of calcium-based dry desulfurizer in the field of flue gas desulfurization, and give full play to the advantages of low cost, good desulfurization performance and environmental friendliness of calcium-based desulfurizer, so as to achieve the up-to-standard emission of SO2 in flue gas. Methods The physical and chemical properties of the prepared calcium-based desulfurizer were characterized by XRD, BET, FTIR and XPS. Additionally, simulating sulfur-containing waste gas, the effects of SO2 content, reaction temperature, O2 content and volume space velocity on the desulfurization performance of calcium-based dry desulfurizer were investigated by a fixed bed reactor. Results The prepared calcium-based desulfurizer demonstrated effective desulfurization, and its optimum operating temperature range was 220-300 ℃, which was suitable for the case that the volume fraction of SO2 in flue gas did not exceed 0.4%. The increase of O2 content produced new active sites for adsorption, which could promote desulfurization process. When the volume space velocity was in the range of 500-2 000 h-1, the sulfur capacity did not change much. Conclusions The application of calcium-based dry desulfurizer in the field of flue gas desulfurization has high efficiency and stability, which can provide reference for its wide application in the industrial field. |
