摘要: 腐蚀问题一直是困扰天然气净化厂脱硫装置正常运转的难题，本文通过讨论水性重防腐涂料的研究进展，结合脱硫装置腐蚀现状，从涂料的附着力、耐水、耐蚀等漆膜性能，探讨了将环保型水性重防腐涂料运用在脱硫厂设备防腐的可行性，并提出了用自泳底漆结合水性重防腐涂料作面漆厚涂的方式来解决脱硫厂设备的腐蚀问题。
