长庆油田油井井筒腐蚀机理与防护措施

Corrosion Mechanism and Protection Measure of Wellbore of Oil Well in Changqing Oilfield

摘要: 针对长庆油田油井油管腐蚀穿孔断裂十分严重的现状，通过现场调研和室内试验，对影响腐蚀的各因素进行了分析并探讨井筒腐蚀机理。结果表明，硫酸盐还原因引起的细菌腐蚀和垢下腐蚀是油井腐蚀结垢的根本原因，其次是溶解氧、二氧化碳及高矿化度采出液的电化学腐蚀，此外部分油井井口结蜡，上述因素的共同作用导致井筒腐蚀。据此提出了预防井筒腐蚀的综合治理方案，可为油田井筒防腐提供指导和借鉴作用。
