塔河油田酸化技术研究应用

Research and Application of Acidizing Treatment Technology in Tahe Oilfield

摘要: 针对塔河油田油藏埋藏深、厚度大、地温高、低渗透、非均质性强等特征，以不同浓度的盐酸进行酸化实验，实验表明，20％盐酸酸化效果最好。通过实验筛选2％HD-1为缓蚀剂，2．0％H-1为粘土防膨剂，0．4％BM-5为防乳降粘剂，0．5％CF25B为助排添加剂。确定的酸液配方酸液清澈透明，表面张力小，对铁的腐蚀速度低，防膨效果明显，与原油不乳化，结合液氮气举助排工艺，现场试验取得了理想的酸化效果。
