轻石脑油催化加氢脱芳烃技术研究

Study on Catalytic Hydrogenation Dearomatization Technology of Light Naphtha

  • 摘要: 实验评价了两种加氢催化剂的活性, 并用优选出的催化剂对轻石脑油-催化重整抽余油进行了催化加氢脱芳烃实验。结果表明, QG-4和JSH两种催化剂均具有良好的加氢催化活性, 但QG-4反应活性更高, 脱芳效果更好, 其在反应压力和反应温度分别为7MPa和450℃左右时可达到最佳活性; 采用QG-4催化剂, 对加氢操作参数进行优化, 发现当反应压力为1.37MPa、反应温度为171℃、空速为2.0h-1、氢油体积比为400时, 可获得理想的脱芳效果及合理的成本投入, 此时QG-4可将芳烃含量9.76×103mg/L降到1mg/L以下, 脱芳效果明显。

     

    Abstract: The activity of two hydrogenation catalysts is evaluated, and catalytic hydrogenation dearomatization experiments of light naphtha-catalytic reforming raffinate oil are done. The results indicate that both catalysts of QG-4 and JSH have good reaction activity, and QG-4 has higher reaction activity and better dearomatization effect. Under the condition of 7MPa and 450℃, QG-4 has the maximum activity. The hydrogenation operating parameters are optimized using QG-4 catalyst, the perfect dearomatization effect and reasonable cost could be acquired under the experiment condition when the reaction pressure is 1.37MPa, reaction temperature is 171℃, the space velocity is 2h-1, and the hydrogen oil ratio is 400. At that time, the QG-4 hydrogenation catalyst can decrease the aromatic content from 9.76×103mg/L to 1mg/L below.
