Abstract: The traditional hydrodesulphurization catalysts are improved, and a deep selective hydrodesulphurization catalyst for FCC gasoline is prepared.The active evaluation results show that the catalyst possesses high desulfurization activity and low olefin saturation activity, the desulfurization rate of FCC gasoline is 93.4% and the content of total sulfur drops from 442.3μg/g to 29.2μg/g when the operating conditions are as follows: the pressure is 1.5MPa, reactive temperature is 230℃, volume ratio of H₂/Oil is 300:1 and LHSV is 2.0h^-1, and its RON loss is only about 0.7.The evaluation results of the catalyst running for 1500h indicate that the stability of the catalyst is excellent.
