Abstract: Guangxi Petrochemical Company refinery is defined as "large-scale, short process, fuel type", which is the first new large oil refining enterprise with processing capacity of 10×10⁶ t/a established in south China by PetroChina, and achieved success in the first production test on September 8, 2010. After it was put into production, how to reduce the enterprise energy consumption and increase the economic benefit becomes an important job. The energy saving measures of all production systems, fuel systems, steam system, water system and energy management are discussed primarily combining with the production practice.
