Abstract:
The low utilization of underground drainage results in venting of a great quantity of coal-bed methane. In order to exploit oxygen-bearing coal-bed methane, a liquefaction process of low temperature deoxygenation for low methane concentration of coal-bed methane (methane concentration is 40%, for example) is proposed, and the calculation results and liquefaction unit energy consumption of the process are given. According to HYSYS simulation results and the explosion triangle theory, the safety of liquefaction process is analyzed, and possible safety risks and methods and measures to eliminate safety risks are proposed, and guide for coal-bed methane liquefaction process design is provided.
