酸性气田缓蚀剂现场效果评价技术及应用

    目的 利用气田水分析、现场腐蚀监测/检测等方法形成酸性气田缓蚀剂现场效果评价技术。
    方法 在实验室考查了缓蚀剂残余质量浓度分析、超声波测厚、电化学探针等方法的有效性。
    结果 缓蚀剂残余质量浓度标准曲线拟合值相关系数在99.9%以上、超声波测试结果相对误差最高在0.67%、电化学探针作为评价缓蚀剂的效果手段具有相当的灵敏性。
    结论 利用形成的酸性气田缓蚀剂现场效果评价技术,在龙王庙某原料气管线开展应用,结果表明可以有效评价缓蚀剂现场应用效果,评价结果与现场腐蚀检测结果相吻合。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective The field effect evaluation technology of corrosion inhibitor in sour gas field is formed by gas field water analysis and field corrosion monitoring/detection, etc.
    Methods The effectiveness of residual concentration analysis of corrosion inhibitor, ultrasonic thickness measurement and electrochemical probe was investigated in the laboratory.
    Results The results show that the R2 value of the residual mass concentration of corrosion inhibitor curve is more than 99.9%, the highest relative error of the ultrasonic test result is 0.67%, the electrochemical probe is a sensitive method to evaluate the corrosion inhibitor.
    Conclusions The field effect evaluation technology of corrosion inhibitor was applied in a raw gas pipeline in Longwangmiao gas reservoir. The results show this technology can effectively evaluate the field anti-corrosion effect of corrosion inhibitor, and the evaluation results are consistent with the field corrosion detection results.
