Experiment Study on Enhance Recovery Efficiency in Polymer Flooding

With the water flood development, reservoir heterogeneous increase with development and form dominance flow region.During polymer flooding process, polymer often follow high penetrate layer break through and lead to decrease oil displacement efficiency.Simulating high water cut period polymer flooding process experiments to research crossflow law, results show that recovery efficiency change with heterogeneous.With heterogeneous increasing, ultimately recovery efficiency of polymer flood decrease, under the same heterogeneous, oil displacement recovery efficiency is related with polymer concentration.Recovery efficiency of low permeability will enhance more than that of high permeability during water flood after polymer flood, but ultimately recovery efficiency of high permeability higher than that low permeability.
