Coagulation Treating from Solid-Liquid Separation Water of Discarded Object about Pohai Oil Field PEM Polymer Water Base Drilling Fluid

On the base of solid - liquid separation technology of discarded object about Pohai oil field PEM polymer water base drilling fluid, separation water was analyzed, and flocculant HNJ and flocculating agent HXN were selected.The factors of effecting coagulation such as pH of drilling fluid, temperature of system, time of coagulating and water power condition were evaluated and definited.The results show that water quality obvious lymeliorated, clearance ratio of chroma, turbidness and suspended substance reached up to95%, COD and BOD reduced obviously, and had better effect of coagulation.
