Abstract
The activity of two hydrogenation catalysts is evaluated, and catalytic hydrogenation dearomatization experiments of light naphtha-catalytic reforming raffinate oil are done. The results indicate that both catalysts of QG-4 and JSH have good reaction activity, and QG-4 has higher reaction activity and better dearomatization effect. Under the condition of 7MPa and 450℃, QG-4 has the maximum activity. The hydrogenation operating parameters are optimized using QG-4 catalyst, the perfect dearomatization effect and reasonable cost could be acquired under the experiment condition when the reaction pressure is 1.37MPa, reaction temperature is 171℃, the space velocity is 2h-1, and the hydrogen oil ratio is 400. At that time, the QG-4 hydrogenation catalyst can decrease the aromatic content from 9.76×103mg/L to 1mg/L below.
