Application of Control Valves in Zhongxian Natural Gas Purification Plant

Control valve plays an important role in the natural gas purification process. It can directly control process medium, receive the controlling signal from DCS, adjust correlative parameter to be in the permissible range, and the automatic running of natural gas purification equipments can be realized. In this paper, main problems of control valve occurred in Zhongxian natural gas purification plant are presented and analyzed in detail. The corresponding improvements are introduced to advance the operation reliability of control valve and ensure the natural gas purification equipment to work well.
