The Energy Saving Transformation of Drilling Water Injection Process in Daniudi Field Sewage Treatment Plant

  • The reagent cost of original Daniudi sewage treatment technology is higher, and the energy consumption is larger. Energy saving technology research was carried out through cooperating with Southwest Petroleum University. The cost of chemical agent can reduced from 120 RMB/m3 to 50 RMB/m3 by using the new technology and new drug to treat the sewage. Meanwhile, it can be up to the injection standard. This technology greatly reduced the sewage disposal reagents cost, and simplified the process, reduced the consumption of treatment. The process renovation has good energy saving efficiency.
